QuoteraPro

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and QuoteraPro, a partnership registered in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"), and the provider of the QuoteraPro quoting and invoicing service for contractors. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use QuoteraPro for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

The service

QuoteraPro lets you store business details, manage clients, create quotes and invoices, and generate descriptions with AI. You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy of the information you enter, and checking any AI-written text before sending it to customers.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

We own the service, its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of your content and give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service.

Subscriptions and payments

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After that, QuoteraPro Monthly costs $30 CAD per month and renews monthly until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Payments are processed securely through Square. Prices are in Canadian dollars and HST is added at checkout where applicable. Job leads ($39.99 + HST each) are one-time purchases, capped at 3 contractors per job; if a lead becomes unavailable after payment we refund it in full.

Service level

We work hard to keep QuoteraPro available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If your access ends, you can ask us to export or delete your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
